When you're not out skiing bluebird powder days, slip into the on-site hot tub, have the kids jump into the year-round heated pool across the street, and enjoy dinner either in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen or jump on the free door-to-door shuttle to dine in Beaver Creek village within minutes.
The spacious top level with vaulted ceilings boasts an open concept kitchen, dining room adjacent balcony with BBQ grill, powder room, and an inviting living room with a large fireplace. The mid-level second floor with a laundry room houses the Master Bedroom and Master Bath with radiant heat. The lower level (at ground level outside) hosts two separate bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom with two full size beds, the second bedroom features a queen bed and twin bunks; both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. In the one car garage, you’ll find another large refrigerator and BONUS....boot heaters.
Our three college age children all learned to ski at Beaver Creek when they were young then becoming Alpine ski racers. Once we settled in Denver in 2019, we were blessed to be able to purchase this beautiful townhome in October 2019. Our family is very excited to share our home with your family and friends. This mountain is a true treasure with less lift times than other resorts and offers amazing year round activities: alpine/cross country skiing, snow showing, hiking, golf, tennis, fly fishing, rafting, ice skating, dining, shopping, and most importantly....RELAXING!
