Located on the water with spectacular views, this condo was totally renovated and includes beautiful furnishings, central air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. We have internet service, televisions in every room, and a phone in the unit that offers free calls back to the USA and Canada - no limit! Our condominium is the best location in the complex. People who stay in this unit come back every year - they love it! Each bedroom has their own sink.
Playa del Carmen has some of the best restaurants! The main avenue, Playa's famous Quinta Avenida, is 3 blocks away. The name of our condominium complex is Xaman Ha- in a gated community but close to everything. Transportation is easy from Cancun Airport. You can take a bus, or contact our private driver directly.

Summary: Beautiful condo right in the beach and with excellent pool. Condo was perfect, with lots of space and all the goodies you would need for kitchen etc. Cleaning staff was great. I’ve stayed in several condos in the complex and this one was easily the best one and in the best location! Amazing views, great property and an excellent host. See you next time…thanks for having us!
