Swim, surf, fish, fly a kite, build sand castles, search for shells, or relax and catch some rays! Stroll downstairs to the beach and the ocean or enjoy the view from the home's multiple oceanfront decks! Enjoy morning coffee and watch the sunrise from a comfy deck chair or sip evening cocktails while relaxing in the hot tub! Leisurely cook and gather in the spacious open floor plan, which joins living area, dining area, wet bar and kitchen into the perfect entertaining space. Excellent flow allows large groups to gather comfortably both inside and outside, including a large deck with a gas grill for outdoor cooking and panoramic water views. Seating for 10-12+ in the dining and kitchen bar areas. Decks offer both covered and open outdoor spaces in case of cloudy skies or too much sun. Ground floor offers an enclosed outdoor shower, storage area for bikes, beach chairs, cooler, etc. Generous driveway with both covered and open parking for 5-6+ vehicles.

- Master suite has a large covered oceanfront deck with a 2 person hot tub, separate wet bar / kitchenette, and a luxurious full bath with double vanities, large tiled shower and separate soaking tub
- Top floor: Living / Dining / Kitchen areas, 1 Bedroom, Den + 1 Full Bath + 1/2 Bath, laundry room
- Den on top floor has a huge TV + comfy couch, creating an additional entertainment space. This den area also includes an inflatable Twin bed and can be used as additional sleeping area if needed.
- Outside dining table has seating for 6 and provides privacy and protection from the sun with pergola coverage
**Construction is scheduled to take place across the street Monday thru Saturday. This may impact noise levels in the vicinity during these times**
Parking instructions:
Plenty of parking for at least six vehicles depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.
INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

*Please note this property only allows dogs under 35lbs* Maximum of 2 dogs permitted. Under 35 lbs only: Pet fee is $50/day or $350/week per dog, plus tax.

Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.
Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
