The apartment is located in the historic center of Perugia and is part of the ancient Palazzo Coppoli (one of the most important families of Perugia of the twelfth century), located in the upper part of Via Ulisse Rocchi and very close to Piazza IV Novembre, Fontana Maggiore, to the Etruscan Arch and to the University for Foreigners. The 70s style apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building (no elevator) and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment, about 110 square meters, consists of a large double bedroom with bathroom (without shower) and external balcony, a double bedroom, a large single bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, dining room and living room with small terrace. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob and is equipped with crockery. In the main bathroom there is a washing machine while in the living room there is an LCD TV.
