Summary: Our stay was wonderful and the staff was amazing as well avle to accommodate my husband and I. The heater in our room was not working properly, called front desk, maintenance came within seconds and told us they woulf have to move us to another room and apologize. Everything was smoothly without hesitation. Thank you Omni for great customer service and well kept rooms. Also, just some ladies don't wear heels while on the escalator, both tabs came off my boots. It was my fault 😪 to the shoe shop I go.
