The upstairs guest house over the carriage house is 1350 sq feet with 2 bedrooms each with their own balcony and bathroom. There is a comfortable living area between the 2 rooms with a kitchen, dining area, gas fireplace, seating area and a 3rd deck overlooking vineyards. The kitchen features a four-burner cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, and refrigerator, though no conventional oven. This gorgeous guesthouse is perfect for 2 to 4 guests.
