Located in the heart of The Villages, one mile from Brownwood Town Square-very close to Eisenhower Regional Rec Center, Manatee family pool and Hillsboro adult pool; Many activities at the pools and rec ctrs including pool tables, horseshoes, pickleball courts, bocce, shuffleboard and many more activities. Many options for golf, food, and entertainment.
Complete with linens, washer/dryer, kitchen equipment, wifi, patio furniture, screened in lanai, free guest passes, optional golf passes (fee), and use of a new 4 person electric golf cart. (No more messing with gas-will go up to 70 miles on a single charge). 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with king bed in master and twin beds in second bedroom.

Summary: Excellent communication, clean and great location. Was easy to get to Brownwood and Lake Sumter Squares. And the guest passes given by the owner were much appreciated, we used them to swim at the Manatee family pool. Would highly recommend this properly!
