If you love to golf, hike, bike and/or bird, the private community in Madera Canyon Reserve is located at the foot of the beautiful Santa Rita Mountains and offers 29 separate trails throughout the community. There are also 11 golf courses to play!
Our fully furnished two bedroom, two bathroom home offers all the beauty and tranquility of a peaceful winter retreat. All on one level, this home features a desirable split floor plan with bedrooms and full baths on opposite sides. The Great Room has lots of seating and the open-design kitchen with bar area offers guests ample room to socialize. The patio features seating for 4 as well as a Weber stainless barbeque grill. The back yard has grass to make you feel at home even though you’re in the desert! Our backyard offers lots of privacy and is a birders heaven with over 39 different species of birds spotted in the backyard!
Newly renovated kitchen and master bathroom with fresh paint and tile throughout the entire home! The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances including a Bosch range with an induction cooktop. The master bedroom has a California King size bed with a door that leads to the back yard and patio area. We are a non-smoking home and no cats allowed.
Very small town, easy to navigate with light traffic and a beautiful Pecan Orchard! Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores all within reasonable distance.
Tucson airport is only 25 minutes north and Tubac is only 15 minutes south. Tubac offers great shopping and restaurants.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! It was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our host Cindy was super accommodating and responsive to any requests we had. One of the highlights for us was the backyard. It was perfect for our dog, and we loved spending time outside enjoying the nature, birds, and other wildlife. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!
