Our loft has a comfortable living room and flat screen TV. You can relax after your day of sightseeing or work. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and oven/stove. All cookware is provided for cooking in or if you'd rather, explore a wide selection of world class restaurants within walking distance. Our unit features a super comfortable queen size bed. There is an in-unit washer/dryer for your convenience. Two huge windows overlook tree-lined Spring Street that's been used in hundreds of movie, TV and commercial shoots. The building features a large rooftop deck with chaise lounges for sunning or taking in the incredible skyline of downtown Los Angeles. We are located next to the Jewelry District and within walking distance to LA Live, Staples Center, Angel's Flight, the Financial District, Civic Center, Historic Theaters of Broadway and Walt Disney Hall. We're also just blocks from the Metro that can take you to Hollywood Boulevard, Universal Studios, Old Town Pasadena, Union Station and now the Expo Line down to the beaches of Santa Monica.
