Newly remodeled beach getaway in a quiet family neighborhood. Every detail has been nicely appointed with granite countertops, solid bamboo flooring, and designer yet comfortable furnishings. The living/dining/kitchen area is spacious with lots of natural light, and can easily accommodate 4-6 guests.

The home is a guest house located above the front section of the main house. A stocked kitchen with everything needed for meal preparation is conveniently open to the living & dining areas. There is a laundry room with a brand new full-size washer and dryer. All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens are supplied. There is plenty of street parking, even on a busy summer beach day.

There is a gated, private separate entrance and a private enclave front patio, furnished with an outdoor dining table and seating for 6, and a propane heater and barbeque. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided upon request.

One block away is a shopping center that includes a major grocery store, an organic market, several fine and casual dining restaurants, a FedEx Office Print and Ship Center, hair salon, and many other shopping options.

Guests are able to walk, drive, or take a five-minute uber ride to the beach, pier, or to Pacific City for the nightlife.

Summary: In town for family wedding with 6 adults. P.roperty is lovely, weather was one of the few ugly hots ones, but property stayed pretty cool, despite the no a/c overnight,(there is a/c in the day). full size fridge and everything you would need for a weekend getaway. host was responsive and cool. Beautiful Beaches was a short ride away, I highly recommend this place the Huntington Beach House for casual dinner and drinks sunset right at Beach blvd & PCH
