Summary: Stayed once before, 7 years ago. Liked it and came back for more. A pleasant location, approx. .75 of a mile from central Nevada City. Comfortable 60's auto court cottages. Quiet, clean, with easy check in, without an employee. Ample instructions insured easy check-in. Unit was clean with functioning devices (I.E. fridge, microwave, television and remote, coffee maker and lighting. Only coplaints are toilet seat needed tightening, and no running water in kitchen. Signs alleged a future kitchen improvement and additional bedroom. Overall, quite happy with accomodations and wiuld stay again.
