Of the homes at this property, I have two homes that are identical in layout and they are situated in the center of the point that is nearest the water! That means that they are one of few homes that have views north & south up & down the beach PLUS the balconies are about 8X larger than the other homes and have complete privacy. Other homes here have only one side to view from a distance and they do not offer privacy.
There are restaurants nearby like Cafe Argana for Greek Mediterranean food, Tacos El Frances, Sushi'ngoon, Kairi Ramen, Borek Empanadas, and other places within walking distance and then the property does allow for food delivery to the home and pretty much all of the restaurants deliver.
It's an easy place to get comfortable!
