This quiet, country home is just minutes away from Beaches, Wineries, the Arroyo Grande Village (shopping/restaurants), and Lopez Recreation Lake. Enjoy peace and tranquility while taking in the views of rolling hills, meadows, vineyards, deer, birds, and even a full ocean view from your deck! On our property, we typically have chickens, goats, and friendly dogs. Sometimes we have cows and/or pigs.
