Centrally located close to historic Ybor channel side District downtown the convention center 15 minutes from the airport 15 minutes from Busch Gardens 10 minutes from Tampa Stadium 35 minutes to the beaches Comfortable and stylish… that’s it. This is a great value for the dollar and location in amenities. Please be mindful that we do our best to clean very well between each day. Occasionally, there might be a dust under the bed. There could be scuffs on the baseboard. Perhaps I like Bob has gone out and we haven’t noticed… This property rented frequently and we cannot perform complete maintenance in renovation between each visit so we hope that j you understand the relationship and enjoy your stay
