Spectacular 180 degree panoramic views of mountains, one of the World’s Top Ten tallest fountains at 560 feet, nighttime city lights, and Arizona sunrises from all main rooms, observation deck, and pool area. Large windows and vaulted ceilings add to the open feeling of the home, with 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. The dining area has a sliding glass door to a covered flagstone patio with the pool and spa.
The living room has a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator, bar area, and a huge media wall. Its wall of windows with two sliding glass doors allow for glorious mountain views and access to the lanai. You can enjoy more beautiful views from the master suite with its huge sliding glass door to the spa and pool. The large master bath has a walk-in closet, a separate spa shower with double heads, double sinks and a private commode. Both of the guest bedrooms have a sliding glass door to a covered flagstone patio.
