The house was fully hollowed out in 2013, and was finally completely finished in October 2014.
It contains two bedrooms and one bathroom in the upper floor, as well as a living room with a bathroom, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor.

Summary: The photos are spot-on accurate. You REALLY are ON the Banana River. There are kayaks and paddle boards, but we couldn’t find any life jackets… so keep that in mind if you want to use them. The view from the first bedroom is spectacular and we did see dolphins every day we were there - early morning just before dawn was the time. The hosts never personally answered the couple emails we sent through VRBO, but did send the on-sight manager when we discovered a minor issue with one of the doors.
