Summary: Blinds in the windows were melted by the sun and literally were curled up and didn’t cover window. Being on the first floor this was a privacy issue. This until was efficiently and the bed is in the living room so a very uncomfortable feeling when you can see in the window while you are sleeping. Simple fix that should have been corrected before being rented out.
