The main kitchen is simply stunning: ocean views, quartz countertops and Thermador appliances (including a six-burner cooktop with pot filler). The dining table seats six, with additional seating for two at the large island. The step-down living room has a sectional, a fireplace and a 65” OLED TV, and there's also a designated office, another full bath with a shower, and a two-car garage with an EV charger (Level 2, 220 volts, Tesla and non-Tesla). Upstairs, the master has a King bed and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a freestanding tub and a walk-in shower. Down the hall, three more guest rooms with full-size beds share a bath with a tub/shower. Four desks and plush chairs (in three upper bedrooms and the downstairs office)—along with blazing fast WiFi—make working or streaming a breeze.
