Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The room was beautiful, well decorated and well stocked. The bed was extremely comfortable and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The recommendation for temascal was great and well worth it. The wifi worked really well. The hosts were very responsive at all times of day or night and replied to our messages quickly.

Negative: The fireplace was broken and it seems that the hosts were not aware of the problem. The room got dangerously smoky. The recommendation for the mushroom ceremony was not a good one, I would recommend that you find someone different. Also, although the place was only 10 minutes outside the main town by foot, the walk to the room from the main part of town was very dark and dangerous at night due to there being no sidewalks and location on the main highway. We always prefer to walk but ended up using taxis that were available to take us back.
