Summary: Very nicely maintained. We had a few hiccups in trying to get into the place, but I sense that will all be taken care of. Great access to the beach. The downfall for our big group was the lack of seating and for the condition of the furniture and comfort of the living room area. If changes are made in this area, we can see us coming back. Everything else in the home was exceptional.
