Summary: SWINGERS hotel. My husband and I booked here for 7 nights, we only stayed 3 (we had to because of an all day tour that was booked on day 3), we would have checked out on day 2. While the views were STUNNING. We did enjoy the sounds of the ocean each night. We thought this would be perfect to relax. We saw a completely nude man by the pool and several women topless walking around. When we asked about it, they simply said that it was a swingers hotel. NOWHERE could I find that here on hotels.com OR even on the hotels main website. We did really enjoy 2 of their employees. Freddy and Ana were GREAT!! Our room was beautiful but lacking. When I asked for a refund for the 4 nights we were NOT staying there (we booked at an amazing resort nearby), they refused. They said we had to go to hotels.com for the refund. Hotels.com said they needed approval from the hotel. The hotel refused. I was forced to put in a claim with my bank. ALSO... the photos are BEAUTIFUL... the place looks like no one loves it. My husband wouldn't go in the pool because he almost cut his foot on broken tiles at the bottom (they were all over the pool), water pressure was HORRIBLE. Each shower was full of frustration. So many areas seemed broken, or just like the owners/managers simply didn't want to fix them. The elevator was also very old and uncared for. I had hoped this would be the perfect place to relax. We were left disappointed. FOOD was NOT good either. Drinks were ok. We DON'T RECOMMEND!!!
