Summary: The pool bar was generally unstaffed, no idea if there was food available up there as well. The restaurant staff completely ignored us when we walked in, so we left. When we checked in, I was told breakfast was not included with our stay (even tho I had purchased a stay with breakfast) and I was urged to pay separately for that, I declined and then was told that ‘they forgot, and breakfast was included’. This property has lots of potential but the staff seem unhappy to be there and the attempt to scam upon check in was disheartening.
