Summary: Room was clean,hotel secure.Johnny was particularly helpful with checkin procedure. No person for checkin(keypad only) to me is inconvenient and stupid in a service industry. Hire and train Johnny as the desk manager,and at least double his pay......Joseph Wiggins (303)717-7298
