Summary: Again, I am sorry about not seeing the check-out instructions before we left. We were up at 5am and so busy getting ready to leave due to air flight departure times, we missed them. We definitely would have followed them specifically if we had seen them. Maybe if you include them with the check-in instructions, they would be seen for sure? I do need to mention that the accommodations were great for our party of 11. There was enough of everything in the house to accommodate us. I do not want to put the rest of my response in a review but I do need to mention that the house seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The window sills and dressers in the bedrooms were very dusty. The bathrooms (except for the toilets and sinks) looked like they had never been wiped down. The showers were also were pretty bad. None of the windows would open and the screed door off the living room slider would not slide. We realize this is a mountain home but we expected it to be much cleaner. Also there was food left in the refrigerator and freezer. These should have been emptied and wiped out. I have pictures if needed!
