Beachfront Dream is a three-story condo that is just steps from a private beach on Lake Tahoe, with amenities to enjoy at or on the lake at the condo as well as for rent. Each floor gives you unparalleled views of the lake from the living room, primary bedroom, and game room. This location is not only on the lake but is within walking distance of the grocery store, golf course, and downtown Kings Beach.
On the bottom floor, enjoy the view while playing pool, cards at the bar, listening to the stereo, or watching a movie. You can step out onto the patio to feel the breeze from the lake and take in the beautiful views. Also on this floor is a laundry room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second level is where you'll love to gather in the open-concept living room with wood burning fireplace, dining area, and kitchen. Watch a show or movie on the flat-screen TV with Direct TV or turn on the stereo to relax and chill on the large sectional sofa. Of course, there are more fantastic views from the front room where you can also step out onto the deck with a patio table and chairs. The top floor has two bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, walk-in showers, and smart TVs with apps. The primary bedroom allows you to step onto the balcony to enjoy the view. Relax in comfort, watch TV or get some much-needed sleep from being at the lake, pool, or out and about in the Tahoe area.
