Summary: I did not see any staff; however, the response via text was prompt. The room was clean. However, there was a stain on one of the bed sheets. There was no extra sheet or cover to use the pullout bed in the living room. There was also just one cup; despite the booking being for 3 guests, there were 3 of us. There were no plates and no dishwashing liquid. I mentioned this because the previous stay and another location had these items. Other than that, everything was great.
