Summary: The owner had changed management companies. They did not have our stay on the schedule. The unit was being painted and in total disarray. Paint everywhere. Our checkin was postponed to 7pm until the unit could be put back in some order. Lighting was not working in guest bath or the shower and toilet of the master bath. We were told it was electrical but was not fixed. A neighbor came by from a neighboring unit and showed us the chairs on the deck were hers ( had the unit number on them), no replacements were offered. We had stayed in this unit before. Extremely disappointed in our rental this time.
