Summary: I was waiting the time to leave! Unfortunately i booked a non refundable rate (I prepaid from hotels.com) and i couldn't leave the day day after my arrival (I atrived at almost 4am, I contacted the support at 5am or even earlier). I called and asked before booking if they have a reception at my arrival time. They have a small desk with 2 guys changing shifts and none of them speaks English. One night they came to my room at 00:30 JUST to show the room to a lady!!! I was sleeping obviously, they woke me up and i was scared inside my room l
