Within walking distance to the University, the arbor food trailer park, baseball field, dennys, shops and restaurants. We are less than a mile from Franklin barbecue and a short cab ride to downtown. We have a fully enclosed yard for your furry friends and have made the house a home away from home with full size appliances, ice cold air conditioning and washer and dryer.

Summary: Disney was quick to respond with any concerns (which were very few). Stay was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Great location. My next trip to Austin I hope this place is available and definitely would book again!
