Summary: the room was clean and fairly quiet despite its busy location! Downtown was walk-able and the location was surrounded by all sorts of amenities, and there was no trouble finding parking on the side street. We did utilize the chilled water that was ready for us in the fridge and it was a little questionable, but other than that we had a great time!
