We understand that the phrase “I’m staying at an Airbnb” has become a popular verb. We offer some other phrases that are not as alarming to our long-term residents such as “corporate housing/rental” or “short term housing/rental”. By industry definition, “short term housing” is the proper terminology for the space we operate in.
