The kitchen has a beautiful Mexican fiesta style with a glass top stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. A very spacious master bedroom with master bath has a hugh king sized bed 2 relaxer chairs and a flat screen tv. With a flat screen tv computer desk and internet access with wifi In living room you can watch a 48 in Smart flat screen tv . There is a new front loader washing machine and dryer. There is a patio area with a private bbq and table and chairs.
The property is located about 20 min from Tubac and about 30 min from Tucson. It is within walking distance to West social center and grocery store in Continental Plaza. Various Golfing greens are from five to fifteen min away. Fine dining restaurants and fast food are also within 5 to 20 min away. Hiking and bird watching at Madera Canyon about 25 min away. GVR [green valley recreation center] is also available containing many different centers. And of course our beautiful sunny weather!
