This beautifully decorated 3/2 home with private pool is nestled on the border of St. Pete and Treasure Island. Conveniently located 1.7 miles from Treasure Island beach and a short drive to many restaurants and other popular destinations. We are just off the main east/west thoroughfare Central Drive so whether you prefer the laid back beach life or if you want to check out the hustle and bustle of downtown St. Pete or Grand Central District, this location can not be beat.

What to expect:
This home sleeps up to 6 guests and offers 3 bedrooms (one king, two queen size beds) and 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and a bonus living area just off the kitchen. Private pool with seating areas, propane gas grill and even an outdoor shower.

Living area - Just off entry with 70 in smart TV
Bedroom 1 - queen bed with 65 in smart TV
Bedroom 2 - king bed with 55 in smart TV
Bedroom 3 - step down to the queen bed with private bath with stand up shower, smallest bedroom compared to others. 43 in smart TV.
Main bathroom - located by bedrooms 1 & 2 has a bathtub/shower.
Bathroom 2 - inside bedroom 3, home to the full size washer and dryer.
Kitchen - fully stocked with essentials
Bonus room - just off the kitchen is an extra room with a couch/sitting area. Cabinetry used for storage of games, inflatable mattress and cleaning supplies. You can close the barn doors and set up a queen sized inflatable mattress if you need the extra bed.
Private Pool - Pool is not heated.
Backyard and Patio - Dining area for 6, couch sitting area, propane tank grill + an open outdoor shower. Large fire-pit (not mortared) with 6 chairs located by the pool if you would like to use. (no wood provided)
There are bicycles, beach chairs, beach cart and other items you may use during your stay located in the back patio area.

Absolutely NO events/parties are permitted at this home. All guests and any pets must be registered with owner. This is my 2nd home that I visit often, please be respectful of it and our neighbors. This home is listed as a 30+ day rental only. County regulations strictly prohibit shorter term rentals in this area with a limit of 3 shorter terms per year. Contact owner for details to see if a shorter stay may be accommodated.

Summary: This home was very comfortable and in a great location. We were only minutes from restaurants, shopping and beach. The neighborhood was very nice and walkable.
