To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 43" flat screen TV. The living room has a 43" flat screen TV with DTV service for your enjoyment and there is a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has granite counter tops a bath tub/combo. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with appliances and all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled throughout. It is beautifully furnished and the balcony is incorporated into the living room. It’s sliding windows allow you to enjoy the warm tropical breezes from the Gulf of Mexico, which will make your stay a memorable one.
