Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath updated and cozy home in Old Town Scottsdale. This home has a remodeled kitchen with modern finishes. There is a master suite with an attached bathroom that has a large walk-in shower. There are then 2 other spacious bedrooms on that side of the house that each sleep 4 comfortably. There are also another bedroom on the opposite side of the house with a King bed and a semi-private bathroom nearby. There is large great room off the kitchen with a 58" smartTV. The dining area is furnished with an oversized table that offers seating for ten plus a peninsula with seating for 3 more! The kitchen is so fresh, beautiful and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. The backyard is huge and features a nice sized patio area and grassy area with turf. There is a an outdoor dining area, an outdoor living area and and a pool with lounge chairs! There is even an adorable playhouse in the backyard for the kiddos - complete with a toy food truck, pretend food and a table & chairs. The home also has WiFi, Cable, Smart TV's for Netflix/Hulu, 1 pack-n-play and more. Located in a prime area of Scottsdale close to the 101 freeway, Talking Stick Resort/Casino, Brand New Odysea aquarium (largest aquarium in the southwest) and the center of Old Town Scottsdale. There are tons of great restaurants, bars, hiking, shopping, and golfing. This place has it all!
