Summary: The inside of the house was very clean and communication was prompt. The kitchen is the best feature because its all brand new. I have to be fair to renters as well as owners: Remember, it's an old farmhouse so watch your head upstairs and the backyard is not child friendly. With all things considered, including furnishings, its 25% overpriced compared to other comparable homes
