On the entry level foyer there is a powder room. The 2nd level is the living room w/fireplace, widescreen TV, and large wrap-around deck with lake view and BBQUE and fire pit. The 3rd level has the full modern kitchen with island and family/TV room (2 sofas open to sleepers), dining room which can seat 8-10, and the music room with TV, Kareeoke, bar and sofa that also opens into sleeper.. 4th level has the large master bedroom with a Queen bed and a day bed. The master bath has an air-tub and full shower, The guest bedroom has a queen bed. There is another full bathroom, plus the laundry room. The boat is right in the community in a private slip. The lake has an island with restaurants and shops and a yacht club you can boat to and park in a public slip. Shops and restaurants and theaters in walking distance, golf course is a 3 minute drive. A 15 minute drive over Malibu Canyon brings you to Malibu and the Ocean. 40 minutes into Los Angeles and there is Universal Studios, Hollywood Bowl, Dodger Stadium, The Staples Center. A 30 minute drive north will bring you to Santa Barbara and Montecito. Paso Robles is a 3 hour drive but gorgeous California Wine Country boasting of over 150 wineries. This drive also takes you through San Louis Obispo and Hearst Castle. Disneyland is about an hour drive.
