Summary: First room was not clean. Bathroom had Hair in sink and bath tub and floor and private hairs in toilet. Bathroom only had 2 body towels floor towel. No hand towels.
One of the beds pillow had head imprint and covers pulled down a missing blanket between sheet and top cover of bed. Bedroom also had hair on floor.
Took photos and showed to Attendant. Attendant at front did not seem concerned or apologetic. She said we were luck they had a room.
We still have photos if needed.
We asked if they were going to clean room and cleaning crew said they were full and were not able to. Asked for towels and they said they could if we game them towels in that needed to be replaced.
Thin walls. We could hear neighbors talking and they were not yelling.
2nd room was fine. Attendant who check us out did apologize.
Parking lot as excellent.
We did not take our pet.

Summary: Newer hotel, clean and functional, beds where uncomfortable and hard. Outside smells of a sewer treatment plant is near by. Overall was ok for the price for a work trip.

Summary: I had to wait a little bit for the front desk person to come check me in. Then I was told they were booked for the night but I still had a room. I went to my room - spotless and clean. All the sudden someone tried to come in the room saying it was maintenance. When I went to the door and didn’t open they still tried to come in. I told them have the manager call and wouldn’t open it. I am very glad I had the top lock on so no one could come in even with a key. Some manager called and said no one is supposed to be in the room when it rains and told me to look for water. I was on the second floor not the top floor. There was not a single water spot anywhere or stain anywhere even though I was told by the caller that water comes in. I have to wonder if whoever tried to come in was honest. Sorry but not really. I am disappointed because it is a nice hotel but I am also unsure I would go back because it was scary as a female. In the end I didn’t have to leave the room but it was unsettling and I should get my money back.

Summary: The walls are very thin and you can hear people in the hallway. You can hear people in the next room, even if you're having a conversation on the phone the person you're on the phone with can hear the people in the next room.
