Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Front Desk people were warm and friendly on every interaction. They were easy to approach and very helpful. Makes a big impact how a person is received, checked in and responded to. We requested some extra towels and the man who brought them up was very kind and sweet. Liked the gym. Well stocked with cold water, towels and clean. We loved the breakfast offerings, especially the espresso machine and coffee. Looked like a great set up if we hadn't already had scheduled meetings. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio, even though it's warmer, the trees and shade were relaxing and peaceful.
Negative: I didn't care for housekeeping coming into our room unannounced. We were about to leave at 10 to 10:AM but still gathering our things. Felt a bit pushy. The gentleman who was servicing the breakfast area was very busy...harried. He briefly asked if we were having breakfast but he was not warm or receptive, which may have been he was just too busy. Felt a bit awkward. Parking is in the next building from the hotel and separate, without a breezeway but since it's further down on a one way street, you also have to drive clear around the block to go to the front of the hotel when picking up people or items. The hotel staff are very generous to allow for short/quick car stops, which was appreciated but just something to note for those driving a vehicle and coordinating.
Summary: Great room and nice spot, close to most.
