Summary: Stayed one night to be close to Playa Puerto Angelito for (excellent) whale- & dolphin-spotting trip with Screaming Reels starting at 7am the next morning (if doing same worth rehearsing walk to beach in the light the day before). The staff member who greeted me on arrival was helpful, and agreed the road layout was a bit confusing in the vicinity! (hotel maybe best approached from main road) My room was basic (as expected for the price) but clean and I got a sea view as requested. The bed was large with fresh linen. I was on the top floor so several sets of stairs to climb. No towel but soap included. Traffic noise woke me occasionally. Decent aircon.
