Summary: Fridge had a lot of mold in it and was not working. They brought up another but I could tell there were mold spores in the room so we had to leave the next day. I'm not sure how to receive a refund as booked through hotels.com. The person checking us in was unreasonably slow - took 10-15 mins to just check in. His English was not good so communication was limited. This simply should not be. We've stayed here before and not had any problems so maybe ownership/management changed in the past 2 years? There is no dresser so I cleared a shelf where the coffeemaker was -- it was caked with dust that I had to clean off in order to put my clothes there.
