Summary: The price is competitive, rooms are clean, breakfast is good but served late (around 9:10 am). Staff is friendly, but communication is via WhatsApp and slow. Pool is small and very deep—not for kids. Beach is full of seaweed and not swimmable. Water in the room isn’t very hot and cuts off every 15 min; scarce supply. Daily cleaning if requested; the cleaning lady only speaks Spanish. Feels like an Airbnb—okay for adults to rest, not for families with small children.
