Summary: The elevator wasn’t working and we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs with a toddler and luggage. We asked if there was another room on a lower available. They said no. Then there isn’t any ice machines available on the premises. They told us to use the ice trays they provided in the rooms . The rooms didn’t have tissue boxes or coffee makers or a blow dryer. They also didn’t have toiletries in the room nor did they have an iron or an iron board .the only good this is the stove top and the microwave.
