Positive: Room was nice and clean on arrival.

Negative: Booking.com said on their website that there were no extra fees for pets. I added a request saying that I was bringing my two small dogs and got confirmation that it was ok. When I checked in I got charged $150 for the dogs. No communication between the hotel and Booking.com. Hotel manager did not speak English well and said I was wrong and I should contact Booking.com for them to fix the website. That is her job not mine. The cleaned the rooms at 6-7 pm when I am back in the room and didn't want to be bothered, so my room was never cleaned because of their schedule.
