Positive: The rooms and facilities at the Fiesta Inn Tuxtla Fashion Mall have exceeded my expectations both times I've stayed ( 10/23 1st Visit ). I arrived 2 hours before check in time and the Clerk was gracious and assigned me a room. A double instead of a King but that's all that was available at the time. I appreciated that courtesy because I was dead tired. Perhaps it showed but more likely they were just being accommodating. There are numerous Restaurant options in the Mall and surrounding area but I took advantage of the room service. Fast, efficient, and trouble free just like 2 years ago but it seemed to me the Hotel has upped their game on both variety and value.

Negative: I was dropped off by my Uber at the street because of construction on the plaza and roundabout. It was a long haul for me with my luggage that included some steps to reach plaza level. I have limited mobility and the 200 yards I had to walk really wore me out. I surmise if I'd known about the situation I could have called the Hotel to help facilitate my entry.
