Multiple golf courses and casinos nearby as well! Families and group friendly. 1000sf auditorium is perfect for events or large groups! Trailer/RV parking for an extra fee. Owner keeps an apartment on one side of the building, but there is no shared space. Owner's apartment is separated by a locked door, and is used sparingly.
