Summary: Didn’t stay there. We showed up and hotels.com had not communicated our reservation to property. Automated help chatbot at hotels.com was utterly useless. We had to made in-person reservation at neighboring hotel instead. Will not use hotels.com again. Hotel staff and family says this happens with hotels.com often.
