Summary: The room and common areas were kept clean despite my stay coming immediately after the worst snowfall in recent years and below-freezing temperatures that kept the snow from melting. Staff were all courteous and helpful, declining tips in a couple of instances. My only criticisms are that on two of the mornings of my 3-day stay, the water for the shower was not very hot. Maybe the extremely cold weather was a factor?
