Positive: Good site, for us on the way to Civitavecchia from Milan. Decent room, but hotel seemed to have low occupancy so proximity to check in was probably expedient. Lovely pool and outdoor hot tub. Really (really!) good restaurant and an excellent breakfast.

Negative: Silly pool hours!!. Not open till 10am and checkout is at 11. (We were denied a late checkout). So much for a morning swim before breakfast. They need to review their times.

Summary: Great place, great restaurant, silly pool opening times.
