Positive: The attention given to my elderly disable parents was excellent! Every single employee of the hotel we interacted with, was very heart warming, attended their needs and went up and beyond to make them feel comfortable and well cared during our stay. The ladies in the kitchen made sure my Parents requests were carried out properly. We were very well treated, food was delicious, excellent handicap room, and every ones customer service was excellent!

Negative: A moveable ramp to assist persons with dissabilities to access restaurant tables, will really help, as restaurant tables are in sunk area.

Summary: Excellent Customer Service!
